Welcome to SiteIQ ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, software platforms, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using SiteIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Services" — SiteIQ's spatial intelligence infrastructure platform
  • "User" / "You" — any individual or entity accessing the Services
  • "Customer" — organization with a commercial agreement with SiteIQ
  • "Content" — all data, documents, images, video, audio uploaded by Users

2. Use License

Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license. You may NOT:

  • Reverse engineer or decompile
  • Modify or create derivative works
  • Rent, lease, sell, or sublicense
  • Remove proprietary notices
  • Violate law or third-party rights
  • Attempt unauthorized access or transmit malware
  • Interfere with Service performance

3. User Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, responsible for all account activity.

4. Intellectual Property

All Service content owned by SiteIQ. You retain rights to your Content; grant SiteIQ license to process it.

5. Data and Privacy

Subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITEIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data; business interruption; unauthorized access. Aggregate liability limited to fees paid in prior 12 months or $100.

7. Disclaimers

SERVICES PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. Results may vary.

8. Robot Hardware

SiteIQ integrates with third-party robotics (Gausium, Pudu, Yarbo) but does not manufacture or warrant third-party hardware.

9. Indemnification

You indemnify SiteIQ for claims from your violations, misuse, Content, or infringement.

10. Modification of Services

SiteIQ may modify, suspend, or discontinue at any time.

11. Termination

SiteIQ may suspend or terminate for violations.

12. Third-Party Links

Not responsible for third-party content.

13. Acceptable Use

Do NOT: harass, spam, impersonate, engage in illegal activity, disrupt services, scrape data.

14. Dispute Resolution

Governed by Nevada law. Binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement.

16. Changes

SiteIQ may update Terms at any time. Continued use = acceptance.
